Created in 1984 by Françoise de la Perrière, Jeux de Paille (Straw Games) pays tribute to the delicate art of straw marquetry. Presented here in its silk voile version, this rare piece offers an exceptionally fine interpretation of the famous Jeux de Paille design, better known in its silk twill version. The light, translucent weave of the voile enhances the delicacy of the motif and the pastel nuances of its palette, for an airy, luminous result. In very good condition, apart from a tiny snag visible in the last photograph. Issued in very small numbers. Very rare.
